Envisioning a world where each person enjoys a safe, affordable home to live, Habitat for Humanity partners with families who have various housing needs. Examples of these needs include:

- Living in temporary housing
- Paying over 30% of monthly income to rent and utilities
- Criminal activity in the area makes them feel unsafe
- Current place of living is structurally unsafe
- Current place of living is infiltrated with pests like roaches or mice
- Current place of living is overcrowded

Home Repair
The Habitat’s Repair with Kindness Program (RWK) assists families who qualify in repairing homes to make them accessible, dry and safe. RWK is made accessible to homeowners in South Fulton Country and in Atlanta city. It is also available to homeowners who are veterans or active-duty personnel.
